Shipping policy

We’re committed to making wholesale simple, transparent, and reliable. Below are our key shipping terms to help you plan and purchase with confidence.

Payment OptionsWe offer flexible payment options to support our wholesale customers:

  • Credit Card: All customers can pay securely via Visa or Mastercard at checkout.  
  • 30-Day Account: If you already have an approved 30-day trading account with us, you’ll see this option available at checkout.  
  • New Accounts: Interested in opening a trading account? Please contact our team at sales@pastelpines.com to request a credit application.

All first orders are processed via credit card. Once your account is approved, standard terms apply: 30 days nett from invoice date.

Orders & Minimums

  • Our minimum order value is $350 AUD (excluding GST and freight).  
  • We do not process backorders unless pre-ordering is clearly stated on the product listing.
  • Minimum quantities apply to items. These are listed per product.

Made to Order

As the manufacturer, we produce many of our products in-house. While we aim to keep core items in stock, some lines may be made to order depending on demand, seasonality, or custom requirements. This may occasionally affect dispatch times but we work hard to keep delays to a minimum.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5–7 business days of receipt. Orders that include made-to-order items may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated and do our best to ship promptly.

 

If you have specific delivery deadlines or need priority handling, please reach out before placing your order, we’re happy to help where we can.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Goods are shipped door-to-door via road transport, unless otherwise requested.  
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location. 
  • All prices are ex-warehouse and exclude GST.
  • We take great care in packing your order. If anything arrives damaged, please let us know within the claims window below.
  • International shipping is available, please contact our team at sales@pastelpines.com for more information.

Credits & Claims

  • Credit claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 10 business days of receipt.  
  • We reserve the right to credit or replace items at our discretion.

Product Substitutions

  • Due to seasonal availability, some items may be substituted with the closest match in appearance and price.

Ownership & Liability

  • Goods remain the property of Pastel Pines International Pty Ltd until full payment is received.  
  • For bulk goods or items not packed for retail, we do not control end use. It’s up to the buyer to determine suitability. No warranty or guarantee is provided for these items.
